ABOUT
In 2006, the North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce (NBBCC) proudly launched its first annual Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) foundation fundraiser. The primary goal of the fundraiser is to raise money to provide financial support and mentoring opportunities to high school and college students, as well as to women and minority disadvantaged small business enterprises and entrepreneurs. Past recipients include: Ben Thornton, Heart Fund; Youth Business Week; Rites of Passage; Sonoma County Family YMCA; Roseland University Prep Charter School; Camp Fame. With the generous support of the north bay community, to date we have distributed more than $165,000 in financial support to worthy individuals. In the year 2015, five scholarships were awarded to students (including to a gifted high school student) ranging from $500 to $1,000 each.
